How do I enroll for Online or Mobile Banking?
You can enroll for Online Banking online from our website, or by contacting us at 850-263-3267 with any questions you may have. Enrollment for our Mobile Banking service is included with Online Banking enrollment.
Do I need a separate username or password for Mobile Banking?
No. Use the same Online Banking username and password. If you change your Online Banking password, the Mobile Banking password will automatically change as well.
How do I install the Mobile Banking App?
The app can be found by searching for Peoples Bank of Graceville within your mobile device’s app store. Once downloaded, simply use your Online Banking credentials to log in.
How does Mobile Deposit work?
From our Mobile App, simply select “Deposits” from the menu, enter the amount of the deposit, endorse the physical check, and take a photo using the camera on your mobile device of the front and back of the check and submit. That’s it!
When are funds available from Mobile Deposit?
Funds from Mobile Deposits are generally available on the next business day after it is received, just like typical deposits, if made on regular business days. Cut off time for approval is 3:00 PM CST, and noon on Thursday.
What should I do with the paper check after a mobile deposit?
We recommend securely storing the check for 14 business days, then destroying the original paper check. Mark the check as mobile deposit and the date you deposited it. Make sure you see the credit listed in your account transactions.

  • Just log into Online Banking, click the Bill Payments tab, and complete the enrollment form.
  • Once your enrollment is received and processed, you are ready to start using Bill Pay.
  • You must be enrolled in Online Banking before you can enroll for Bill Pay.

Is there a fee for Zelle®?

The Bank does not charge a fee to use Zelle. Data rates may apply from your mobile carrier if used on your mobile device.

Can I use Zelle® internationally?

In order to use Zelle, the sender and recipient’s bank accounts must be based in the U.S.
